Initiative text

L'initiative demande que la constitution fédérale soit complétée par un article 37^quater ainsi rédigé:

Art. 37^quater (nouveau)

¹Le deuxième dimanche de chaque mois, toute circulation privée utilisant un moteur (inclus véhicules avec moteur auxiliaire) est défendue, sur terre, sur l'eau et dans l'air sur tout le territoire suisse et cela du dimanche 03.00 heures au lundi 03.00 heures.

²Le Conseil fédéral définit les dérogations à cette interdiction en ce qui concerne l'autorisation d'utiliser un véhicule privé à moteur et l'ajournement temporaire de cette interdiction.
