L’initiative populaire a la teneur suivante:

La Constitution fédérale est modifiée comme suit :

Art. 123c (nouveau) Mesure consécutive aux infractions sexuelles sur des enfants, des personnes incapables de résistance ou de discernement

Quiconque est condamné pour avoir porté atteinte à l’intégrité sexuelle d’un enfant ou d’une personne dépendante est définitivement privé du droit d’exercer une activité professionnelle ou bénévole en contact avec des mineurs ou des personnes dépendantes.
