Initiative text

La Constitution¹ est modifiée comme suit:

Art. 104, al. 3, let. b

³ Elle [la Confédération] conçoit les mesures de sorte que l’agriculture réponde à ses multiples fonctions. Ses compétences et ses tâches sont notamment les suivantes:

b. elle encourage, au moyen de mesures incitatives présentant un intérêt économique, les formes d’exploitation particulièrement en accord avec la nature et respectueuses de l’environnement et des animaux; ce faisant, elle veille en particulier à ce que les détenteurs de vaches, de taureaux reproducteurs, de chèvres et de boucs reproducteurs soient soutenus financièrement tant que les animaux adultes portent leurs cornes;
