Initiative text

L'initiative demande que la constitution fédérale soit complétée par un article 34^noviesainsi conçu:

Art. 34^novies (nouveau)

L'interruption de la grossesse n'est pas punissable lorsqu'elle est pratiquée par un médecin autorisé à exercer sa profession, dans les douze semaines après le début des dernières règles et avec le consentement écrit de la femme. Le libre choix du médecin est garanti.

La Confédération prend, avec la collaboration des cantons, les mesures nécessaires pour protéger la femme enceinte et encourager la planification familiale.
