Initiative text
L'initiative demande que la constitution fédérale soit complétée comme il suit:
Art. 32quinquies cst. (nouveau)
Toute publicité pour le tabac, ses succédanés et les boissons alcooliques est interdite. Une autorité fédérale peut accorder une exception pour des publications étrangères n'ayant en Suisse qu'une diffusion insignifiante.
