Initiative text

L'initiative a la teneur suivante:

La constitution fédérale est complétée comme il suit:

Art. 54^bis (nouveau)

¹Tout être humain a droit à la vie ainsi qu'à l'intégrité corporelle et spirituelle.

²La vie de l'être humain commence dès la conception et prend fin par la mort naturelle.

³La protection de la vie et de l'intégrité corporelle et spirituelle ne saurait être compromise au profit de droits de moindre importance. Il ne peut être porté atteinte aux biens bénéficiant de cette protection que par une voie conforme aux principes qui régissent l'Etat fondé sur le droit.
