„pour la liberté de parole" et la levée simultanée de l'interdiction du racisme
L'initiative populaire a la teneur suivante:
La constitution est complétée comme suit:
Art. 2bis (nouveau)
La Confédération abroge la clause "anti-raciste" introduite, en 1995, à la suite de pressions extérieures, dans la législation fédérale par l'article 261bis CP, supprime toute autre forme de mise sous tutelle intellectuelle et garantit, notamment pour les adolescents, des conditions de nature à favoriser sans restrictions la liberté de penser et leur épanouissement en interdisant toute loi conférant un avantage ou une protection unilatérale à des groupements ou des minorités à but idéologique, politique, économique, religieux ou de tendance populaire ou raciste.
