Initiative text
L'initiative a la teneur suivante:
« Introduire, dans la constitution fédérale, la disposition suivante, comme art. 30bis.
La Confédération doit payer aux cantons, chaque année, sur le produit total des péages, deux francs par tête d'habitant, en prenant pour base le chiffre de la population de résidence ordinaire établi par le dernier recensement fédéral.
Cette disposition constitutionnelle entre, pour la première fois, en vigueur l'année 1895. »
