La disposition constitutionnelle proposée est la suivante:
Art. 20bis
La fabrication, l'importation, le transit, l'entrepôt et l'emploi des armes atomiques de toute nature ainsi que de leurs parties intégrantes sont interdits sur le territoire de la Confédération.
