Initiative text

Le troisième alinéa dont l'adjonction à l'article 89 de la constitution fédérale est demandée a la teneur suivante:

« Les traités internationaux conclus pour une durée indéterminée ou pour plus de 15 ans sont soumis également à l'adoption ou au rejet du peuple si la demande en est faite par 30'000 citoyens actifs ou par huit cantons. »
