L'initiative populaire a la teneur suivante:
La Constitution fédérale du 18 avril 1999 est modifiée comme suit:
Art. 74a Protection contre le bruit (nouveau)
En temps de paix, les exercices militaires impliquant des avions de combat à réaction sont interdits dans les zones de détente touristiques.
