Les dispositions transitoires de la Constitution¹sont modifiées comme suit:

Art. 197, ch. 10² (nouveau)

10. Disposition transitoire ad art. 112 (Assurance-vieillesse, survivants et invalidité)

¹ Les bénéficiaires d’une rente de vieillesse ont droit à un supplément de 10 % sur leur rente.

² Le supplément leur sera versé à compter du début de la deuxième année civile qui suit l’acceptation de la présente disposition par le peuple et les cantons au plus tard.
