La disposition constitutionnelle proposée a la teneur suivante:
Art. 20bis
La décision relative à l'équipement de l'armée suisse en armes atomiques de toute nature sera obligatoirement soumise à la votation populaire.
Le texte original allemand est déclaré déterminant pour l'aboutissement de l'initiative.
