Initiative text

L'initiative demande que la constitution fédérale soit complétée par un article 34^octies ainsi formulé:

La durée normale du travail ne doit pas dépasser 40 (quarante) heures par semaine. Disposition transitoire: La nouvelle disposition entrera en vigueur un an après avoir été acceptée par le peuple en votation populaire. Dès ce moment, les dispositions légales concernant la durée maximale du travail hebdomadaire seront considérées comme étant modifiées dans le sens du nouvel article 34^octies.
